Return Policy

At Club Réservé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it under the conditions below.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received it.

Return conditions:
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and complete.
• Please return the item in its original packaging, if possible.
• Always include the packing slip or your order number with your return.

Please note:
• Damaged, used, or incomplete returns cannot be fully refunded.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend sending your package well-packed and with a trackable shipping method.

Defective or incorrect item
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via contact.clubreserve@gmail.com.

Include the following information:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll make sure to provide a suitable solution — either a replacement or a refund.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original order.
